About Me

I build web software, mostly in TypeScript. I’m good at crossing stack boundaries, getting competent quickly in the layer that matters, and spotting the dysfunction between product, data, infrastructure, and user behavior.

Most of my work has been full-stack web development, with useful detours through distributed systems, Kubernetes, DevOps, data engineering, and media pipelines.

Lately I’ve been writing and thinking about agent-assisted engineering, especially the unglamorous parts that make it work: clear specs, fast feedback loops, tests, static analysis, and codebase organization.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and dad. I like photography, playing guitar, listening to music, and reading old books on philosophy and theology.
